Welcome to Settembrini Loft Milano Centrale: a bright, modern apartment, thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail, located on the top floor of an elegant historic building, just a 5-minute walk from Milano Centrale Station.

The loft is quiet and refined, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, oven, Italian moka pot and American coffee machine, kettle, toaster, a large fridge with freezer, and a selection of tea and coffee.
You’ll also find fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a Smart TV, and a washing machine.

The bedroom is cozy and peaceful, with a comfortable double bed and two wardrobes.
The bathroom includes a shower, bidet, hairdryer, and dispensers for shampoo and shower gel.
A storage room is also available, equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and a drying rack.

Please note: the elevator goes up to the 4th floor; the apartment is on the 5th floor and requires climbing a short flight of about 10 steps. The brightness and quiet of the top floor more than make up for the final stairs.

The location is excellent: just steps from metro lines M1–M2–M3, Corso Buenos Aires, and Porta Venezia. The Caiazzo stop (M2) is right around the corner, less than a 1-minute walk away.
Downstairs, you’ll find a minimarket, a pastry shop, a pharmacy, and the stop for the historic tram line 1, which takes you directly to the Duomo, La Scala, and Via Montenapoleone.

In just a 15-minute walk, you can reach Porta Nuova, Piazza Gae Aulenti, the Bosco Verticale, and the Biblioteca degli Alberi park.
