Our apartment is just a few steps from the train station, in a strategic location to discover the wonders of the Ligurian Riviera: Portofino, Cinque Terre and Rapallo are easily reachable by train. Forget the car: here you have everything at your fingertips! Enjoy the sea, the picturesque villages and the unique atmosphere of one of Liguria’s gems.

✨ This spacious apartment welcomes you with all the comforts for a perfect holiday 🌞. Located in a building with an elevator, it offers two double bedrooms, a third bedroom with two single beds, and two modern bathrooms with comfortable showers 🚿. The bright open-plan living room (with the option of a double sofa bed for two more people) includes a fully equipped kitchen 🍳, a cozy dining area 🍽️ and access to a lovely terrace to relax after a day at the beach 🌅. Air conditioning ensures maximum comfort even on the hottest days ❄️.

Although the apartment does not have private parking 🚗, you’ll easily find paid parking just a few steps away — it won’t be a problem! The location is ideal to enjoy Santa Margherita and explore Liguria stress-free: the train station is just around the corner 🚉, forget the car and enjoy every corner of this beautiful region 🌊🌿.

Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental contract for your stay. For any needs, feel free to contact us through the same channel: we are available every day from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

🔑 EASY AND AUTONOMOUS CHECK-IN

Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely, with no restrictions.

🕓 NEED TO ARRIVE EARLIER OR LEAVE LATER?

Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.

• ✅ Early check-in (from 08:00): €40

• ✅ Late check-out (until 15:00): €50

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS

• Bed linens and towels provided based on the number of guests and beds booked.

• Basic kitchen kit: dish towel, detergent, sponge, garbage bag.

• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel and 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper or coffee).

👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN?

• We offer a crib and high chair on request for children aged 0 to 2.

• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including linens.

🐾 PETS WELCOME!

• We’re happy to host your four-legged friends (DOGS ONLY), upon request and confirmation.

• Extra charge: €30 per stay.

• Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged.

🧾 TOURIST TAX

• €2.00 per person per day, up to a maximum of 10 days.

• Children under 15 are exempt.

• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION

• We kindly ask you to respect the recycling rules.

• Upon check-out, the apartment must be free of waste.

• Otherwise, a €30 penalty will be charged.

❄️🔥 DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays longer than 30 days, a small extra charge is applied for electricity and heating consumption.
