The highlight of this accommodation is the private outdoor area, which features a hot tub, garden, covered terrace, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower. Use of the hot tub requires reservation and is available year-round; in winter it is heated to 40°C. The jacuzzi can be used daily from 10:00 to 21:00. If the jacuzzi is not used according to the rules indicated in the house and at the entrance, an additional fee may be charged for cleaning and water replacement.



The apartment is just a few minutes by car and a ten-minute walk from the beaches and restaurants of Villa Grock. The artist village of Bussana Vecchia is about 40 minutes away. On-site parking is secured by an automatic gate and available for an extra fee. One pet is allowed, but it is forbidden to leave dogs alone on the property.
