We are in Mazzaforno, an exclusive hamlet 4 km from the center of Cefalù. The public Mazzaforno beach, SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN, is 250 meters from the house and can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. Our villa is located on a private road, and we share direct and private access to the sea with 3 other houses. The beach is NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN, with a flat rocky coast and sandy seabed. The sea is about a 2-minute walk away without leaving the property (path + 58 steps).

Our house, "La Maddalena 29," is a large two-story villa surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden filled with olive trees.
The panoramic apartment is on the first floor, while on the ground floor there is a STUDIO (described on this page) and a Two rooms apartment, as well as the house where we live with our very affectionate little furry friends. They won't disturb you, however, because our garden has a separate entrance from the rental area.

A 15 sq. m. STUDIO apartment in a villa with direct and private access to the sea, perfect for a couple.
It comprises:
- Double bed (140cm x 200cm), air conditioning and ceiling fans
- Bathroom with shower, bidet with shower attachment, hairdryer
- Kitchenette with 1 induction hob, small fridge, table, and 2 stools
- Private outdoor area furnished with table, 2 chairs, and 2 deckchairs

PRICE INCLUDES:

- Initial and final cleaning
- Private outdoor parking in the garden for 1 parking space
- Electricity consumption is included up to 3.5 kWh per day.
Consumption exceeding 3.5 kWh per day will be charged at €0.55 and paid in cash upon check-out.
There is a meter inside the apartment; it will be read at check-in and check-out to verify consumption.

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- Tourist tax to be paid in cash upon arrival: €2/day per person for the first 5 nights. Children aged 0 to 12 are exempt.

UPON REQUEST at an additional cost:
- Beach towel
- Beach chairs
- Transfer to/from Cefalù train station
- Use of the washing machine

The entire villa is surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden.

- Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Please communicate your check-in time one day before your arrival.
- Late check-in after 9:00 PM is available by arrangement and costs €30.
- Early check-in is subject to availability.
- Luggage storage is subject to availability.
- Check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Please vacate the villa no later than 10:00 AM on your departure day to allow the apartment to be cleaned and ready for new guests.

- Events or parties are not permitted.
- Day guests are not permitted; only those declared in the contract.
- Suitable for small pets, subject to prior agreement with the owner.
PLEASE:
- DO NOT let your dog on the bed or sofa, and keep the garden clean.
- Leave the refrigerator, induction hob, pots and pans, and barbecue clean.
- DO NOT leave trash, bottles, or empty cans inside the house.
- DO NOT throw any type of paper in the toilet; use the designated waste bin.
