In Cefalù 3 bright and cosy rooms in a block of flats at 50 metres from the beach, in the Kalura area, in front of the Aeolian Islands, consist of bedroom with king-size bed equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV, bedroom with two single beds that if necessary become a double bed, bathroom with toilet, shower cubicle with shower tray, showerhead and bidet, living room, kitchen, both with direct access to a terrace and a sea view, with table and chairs where you can have meals and relax enjoying a breathtaking panorama. In this regard, the sight of sunrise over the sea is unmissable! Both bedrooms have a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The apartment is equipped with washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, boiler, gas cooker, pots, coffee maker, dishes, clothes horse, hair dryer. Bed sheets and bathroom towels are NOT provided. The apartment is a laptop friendly workspace. The accomodation is NOT suitable for infants. Pets are not allowed. Free parking on premises. The accomodation is on the first floor and is accessible via stairs, and has no steps inside. Rates include cleaning and air conditioning fees. Beaches are within walking distance. The holiday home is suitable for couples and families (with children). The town centre can be reached by car in 2 minutes.

It is only 15 km away from Castelbuono, charming medieval village, surrounded by the Park of the Madonie, famous for the extraction of the manna. It is also the site of the International Jazz Festival in August.
