Apartment in a villa located in a residential area, near the Arch of San Michele, an impressive architectural structure marked by time, along with its small late 17th-century chapel. From here, we enter a typical Mediterranean scrub landscape, along a road lined with charming villas surrounded by strawberry trees, eucalyptus, mastic trees, and holm oaks.

The location is ideal for those looking for a peaceful vacation and a central base to explore the different sides of the island. You can easily reach both the White Coast of Portoferraio, with its famous beaches like Le Ghiaie, Capobianco, and Padulella, and Lacona, a sandy gulf in the Capoliveri area.
The roundabout connecting Portoferraio to Porto Azzurro, Marina di Campo, or Marciana Marina is just 2 km from the property.

Don’t miss a quiet walk away from the noise along the San Giovanni seafront, with views of the Portoferraio dockyard, where the island’s only thermal spa is also located, or enjoy a day at the pools of Parco Hotel Airone, which are open to external guests as well.

We kindly ask our guests to follow two simple house rules:
Leave the kitchen area clean and wash all dishes and utensils before check-out
Sort and dispose of waste following the recycling rules

The two-room apartment, perfect for 2 to 4 guests (maximum 3 adults or 2 adults with 2 children), is a Tuscan-style terraced house located within a private gated property.

It features a living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and window, a small hallway, and a storage room with washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Outside, you'll find a private outdoor space equipped with a table and chairs, sunshade, two sun loungers, barbecue, and a sink, as well as a shaded private parking space.

In just a few minutes by car, you can reach the stunning white beaches of Portoferraio, such as Le Ghiaie, Capobianco, and Padulella (only 5 km away), or enjoy the wide sandy beaches of Lacona (6 km), Biodola and Sansone (7 km), and even Norsi and Lido di Capoliveri, both less than 8 km away.

Important Notes:

Groups of young people under 21 years of age are not allowed.

If using the outdoor BBQ, it must be cleaned after each use; otherwise, €50 will be withheld from the security deposit.

Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 8:30 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. A late check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional charge of €50.

Pets are not allowed.

Security deposit (mandatory): €150; refundable at the end of the stay after inspecting the property. If paid in cash, it will not be refunded before 3:00 PM on the day of departure.

Bed and bath linen: €20 per person (must be requested at the time of booking); not available for booking on-site.
