The nice "Villino Giardino di Mare" surrounded by lush vegetation, is situated in La Trane, near the charming Saint Stephen Church that stands on a hill overlooking the fantastic view of Portoferraio bay and the Magazzini countryside. Saint Stephen Church is the only Romanesque church that is still open to worship. It is perfectly preserved after restoration and we strongly recommend you visit it. Our apartment is about 800 mt from the sea and it is surrounded by the Mediterranean vegetation, only a few miles from Portoferraio and Porto Azzurro. The closest beach is the Magazzini beach, right in front of Elba’s main city. From there, you can enjoy the beautiful Portoferraio skyline. The beach stretches for a few hundred meters from the Schiopperello/Le Prade beach. You can reach the small seaside Magazzini town walking on the shore, where vegetation goes all the way down to the beach and the sea. The beach is made up of pebbles and sand with a she seabed that slowly slopes down and it is covered by a prairie of Posidonia. The small marina guarantees a sufficiently protected anchorage, it is privately managed and boats can be safely kept there all year long. At the Magazzini beach there is a café/restaurant, a sailing school, a diving center and boat rental.
Apartment 2/3 pax: the property is accessed through a gate and you walk along a short stretch of road used exclusively by the owners of a nearby house and after about 50 meters you reach our cottage. The apartment, about 50 square meters, consists of a living room with a well-equipped kitchenette (complete with 4 induction burners, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine) and a comfortable single sofa bed; a hallway with a small wardrobe; a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and slim washing machine. Outside, a large space equipped with table, chairs and umbrella is available to our guests. The accommodation is new, renovated and well furnished with taste and attention to detail. In the apartment you will find bed linen and towels, air conditioning, heating, wi-fi, hairdryer and iron. The parking space is inside the property.

Arrival: check-in 4-7:30 pm. Departure: check-out by 9 a.m. Utilities: air conditioning, electricity, water, Wi-Fi etc. included. Final cleanings: € 50 (to pay in office at arrival).
