Suite Monte Nero is a fully renovated one-bedroom apartment located in central Olbia, designed for guests who value comfort, practicality, and a genuine city stay. The apartment accommodates up to four guests with a king-size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area, making it suitable for couples, small families, or remote workers.

The interior was completely renovated in 2024 and features a custom CREO kitchen equipped for everyday cooking, a bright living space with fast Wi-Fi, and two Smart TVs. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and washer-dryer. Beach towels and a parasol are provided, so day trips to the coast are easy to plan.

The location offers excellent walkability. Corso Umberto, restaurants, wine bars, and shops are within an easy walk, as are the marina and train station. Despite being central, the street is residential in character. Free street parking directly in front of the building is a major advantage in this part of Olbia and a rare convenience for guests arriving by car.

Arrival is simple and independent thanks to 24/7 digital self check-in via VIKEY, fully compliant with Italian regulations. For longer stays of five nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning with fresh linens and towels is included.
