The renovated farmhouse is in a quiet panoramic spot near Siena and Asciano, part of a 132-hectare estate producing cereals and olive oil. It has seven Tuscan-style flats with private gardens or terraces, and a garden with a 7 × 14 m pool and guest barbecue. The flat accommodates 4+2 guests across about 80 square metres. The ground floor includes an independent entrance with a private outdoor area, a living room with dining space and sofa bed, a kitchenette equipped with a four-ring stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and toaster, satellite TV, and a fireplace. There is one double bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds (convertible to a double on request), plus two bathrooms with showers. Additional amenities include outdoor parking, Wi-Fi, garden furniture, satellite TV, ping pong table, and mosquito nets.
