Sleeps 10 (140 m² about). Just over 4 km away from the town of Asciano, reachable via a small dirt road, you reach the Montecaci farm, in the heart of the Crete Senesi, the magnificent hilly landscapes represent the true essence of Tuscany. Montecaci sits on the top of a small hill offering a breathtaking view. Montecaci is an independent farmhouse divided into two units, one inhabited by the owners and the other for tourist rental. The portion dedicated to tourist rental is on two floors connected by an internal stair case. The house sleeps 10 people maximum with a total of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with shower. In the house the owners have created an atmosphere which remains faithful to that of a typical Tuscan farmhouse, adding only elements to make the guests stay more comfortable. At the disposal of the guests a spacious garden with a gazebo, table tennis and a fenced swimming pool (12 x4 m – depth 1,20 m - seasonal opening) surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas. Close to the entrance of the house, guests have a private covered courtyard with table and chairs for dining out. Private parking.The house is equipped with an air conditioning and heating system.
Sleeps 10. On two floors. The first floor consists of a living room with fireplace, tv and a kitchen corner (cooker, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwaves, toaster, espresso machine, American coffee maker); two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, one bedroom with a French bed and one single bed, two bathrooms with shower and a small kitchen (a small fridge, 2 rings cooker and a small oven). On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom, with a French door leading to the garden, furnished with table and chairs. Extra bed not available. The price includes water, gas, electricity, linen changed weekly and, use of the pool (seasonal opening)Wi-fi connection, the use of washing machine and air conditioning for free .On request baby bed and high chair for free. To pay extra and on the premises:Central heating upon consumption; final cleaning.Inventory deposit €150 cash upon arrival.Small pets allowed on request with an extra charge.Maid service on request.The tourist tax must be paid cash directly on the spot upon arrival.
