The building is a large residential complex just a few steps from the beach, conveniently located near the center of Bibione Pineda, and features a panoramic rooftop swimming pool. The apartment, ideal for up to 4 guests and equipped with A/C, is situated on the raised ground floor. It consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette with a large fridge, a TV, a double bedroom, a windowed bathroom with shower curtains and a furnished terrace. °Swimming pools are open seasonally (Mid June/Early September). The exact opening and closing dates vary between the residences and depend on the weather conditions or maintenance services. °Pets are not allowed.
