This air-conditioned three-room apartment for up to 8 guests is located on the second floor of a building with elevator, close to the pedestrian area of Lido dei Pini, just 100mt from the sea and a short walk from Pluto Beach. It features a living room with double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, one double bedroom, a second bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom with shower, and a large terrace. A numbered, covered parking space is included.
