Surrounded by a spacious fenced private garden, the villa accommodates up to 6 guests and features:

One double bedroom and one twin bedroom
A large living room with a fully equipped kitchen and two additional beds
A full bathroom
A furnished veranda overlooking the garden, ideal for outdoor dining

In the garden, you'll find a fully equipped barbecue area and a lovely swimming pool, shared with just one other property. Guests of the villa will enjoy exclusive access to a private area of the pool with sun loungers and a parasol — the perfect spot to relax and unwind while admiring breathtaking sea and mountain views.

Located in a residence with a bar/restaurant boasting a stunning sea view, the villa is set in the wild, natural charm of Ogliastra, nestled between rolling hills and crystal-clear beaches. A short walk leads you to Abba Urci beach, and just 700 meters away you'll find Foxi Manna, a fine white sand beach with shallow waters — perfect for families with children.

By car, you can reach the hidden coves of Melisenda and Barisoni within minutes, or explore the San Giovanni di Sarrala Tower, nuraghi, and domus de janas, ancient traces of Sardinia’s millennia-old history.

For adventure lovers, nearby Monte Ferru offers incredible hiking, mountain biking, or horseback riding trails through forests, cliffs, and scenic viewpoints.
