Located in Marina di Tertenia - Abba Urci, this 55 m² villa accommodates up to 6 guests. It features a bedroom with a double bed, a room with two single beds, and a third room with a double sofa bed. The villa has a bathroom with a shower, washing machine, and hairdryer.



The spacious, well-equipped kitchen includes a microwave, kettle, and all essentials for cooking. Air conditioning is available in every room and the kitchen. Wi-Fi, TV, and a barbecue are also provided. Step-free access and interiors ensure easy mobility.



Outside, enjoy a private 23 m² garden with a covered terrace—perfect for relaxing and taking in beautiful sea and mountain views. The outdoor pool, shared within the property, is open from April 15 to October 15, from 9:00–13:30 and 16:00–21:00.



On-site parking is available. Pets are welcome. Events are not allowed. The villa is close to the sea, about 400 meters away, and the beach is within easy walking distance.
