The ground floor apartment can accommodate four visitors and has a square in the garden overlooking the jacuzzi and the swimming pool (4x13mt) and a pergola under the palm trees. In the tower on the upper floor there is a bedroom for one or two visitors and a small bathroom. Furthermore, there is the possibility of renting an outbuilding of 25 m2 right next to the house, which can accommodate 2 more visitors, with a separate price list. Heated swimming pool in the low season on request.

Externally we find a 70 m2 equipped terrace, a 40 m2 pergola, large garden and parking with two parking spaces. Villa Palma is ideal for 5 people, it can accommodate up to 6 people. As an option, you also have the possibility to rent the independent, new and luxurious Pool-House for 2 more people, which overlooks the pool directly. Pets are allowed on request only and the swimming pool is shared with the owner's house, which is adjacent.
