Casina Grassi is an old country residence at 500mt. from central Aradeo (country provided all the facilities) to km. 15 from the Ionian coast (Gallipoli, Santa Caterina, etc ..) and about Km. 30 from the Adriatic coast (Otranto, Castro, etc.) And the town of Lecce. Ideal for those who want to combine holidays in the countryside with a beach holiday. The villa of approx. 250 has three bedrooms, two bathrooms in the bedroom and one in the living area which has a large fully equipped kitchen that overlooks two loggias and living area with sitting area. The house is suitable for a minimum of two people (bedroom with bathroom) up to a maximum of 9 people. The villa is fenced along with another housing unit in it annexed and occupied by the owners and has a private outdoor parking.
