Fontana Holiday Suite is a fully renovated, single-level townhouse located in Olbia’s Aldo Moro district, a residential area appreciated for its calm atmosphere and proximity to everyday services. Designed for guests who value comfort, privacy, and well-organized spaces, this home is well suited for couples, families, and remote workers.

The interior layout is practical and comfortable. The custom-made CREO kitchen is fully equipped for daily cooking and opens naturally into the living area, which leads directly to a private terrace. This outdoor space is furnished for meals and relaxation and functions as an extension of the living area rather than an occasional extra.

Sleeping arrangements include a king-size bed and a high-quality sofa bed, both prepared with premium linens, ergonomic pillows, and supportive mattresses. Fast fiber Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and individually adjustable air conditioning make the home suitable for both short stays and longer visits.

The location allows easy access on foot to cafés, bakeries, supermarkets, and local services within a few minutes. Olbia’s historic center can be reached with a 15-minute walk or a short drive. Beaches such as Pittulongu, Bados, and Porto Istana are approximately 15–20 minutes away by car.

Arrival is flexible and independent thanks to 24/7 digital self check-in via VIKEY, in compliance with Italian regulations. Free street parking is available directly in front of the house, with no ZTL restrictions in this area.

The stay includes beach towels, a parasol, and a cooling bag, as well as a welcome basket with local wine, water, and traditional Sardinian products. Essential supplies such as coffee, tea, olive oil, detergents, and basic household items are ready on arrival. Baby equipment can be provided free of charge on request.
