INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

The apartment has been designed to offer a functional and comfortable stay. As a holiday home with air conditioning, all rooms are air-conditioned for maximum comfort. The living area includes a relaxation corner with sofa and LED TV, alongside a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and cooking utensils. The sleeping area features two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it ideal for families or two couples. Seasonal Wi-Fi is available from 1 May to 31 October, perfect for guests seeking a holiday home with Wi-Fi.

Nearby, you can visit some of the most beautiful beaches in the region: Cala Sassari, Cala Sabina, Spiaggia Bianca, Baja Caddinas and Cala Moresca, the latter located in a natural park known for its resident dolphin colony. The area also offers bars, minimarkets and well-known restaurants such as Chiringuito, Trattoria Rossi, Mamabeach and Lo Squalo.

• A short-term tourist rental contract must be signed upon arrival; a courtesy English version will be provided beforehand.

Key collection

Keys are collected at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

Waste sorting

The door-to-door recycling system is active: please use the appropriate bags and dispose of waste correctly before departure.
