The Apartment Des Amis is located in the sports area of Bardonecchia: just a few steps away, you will be in the winter/summer area of Campo Smith; 800 meters away (a 10-minute walk through the pine forest), you will be in the town center where you will find all the shops, activities, and services on Via Medail.



On the first floor without an elevator, the accommodation consists of a spacious living room with dining area and sofas, a habitable kitchen equipped with a cooking corner and dishwasher. Available to guests is a Smart TV (with the possibility of connecting to streaming platforms using guests' personal accounts).



From the living room, you can access an angular balcony connected to the kitchen.



The hallway leads to two rooms: the master bedroom and the triple room.



The two bathrooms are windowed and have been recently renovated. Washing machine available.



In the condominium, there is a private parking space and a communal garden.



The apartment is managed on behalf of the private owner by Maison d'Oc Gestioni Srl. The rate includes the rental fee paid to the owner of the accommodation and the cost of ancillary services to the rental provided by Maison d'Oc Gestioni Srl.
