The Capriata Apartment is located in the sports area of Bardonecchia: just a few steps away you will be in the winter/summer area of Campo Smith; 800 meters away (a 10-minute walk through the pine forest) you will be in the town center where you will find all the shops, activities, and services of Via Medail.

On the first floor without an elevator, the accommodation consists of a spacious and bright living room with dining area and sofas, a small kitchen equipped with a cooking corner and washing machine.

Available to guests is the Smart TV (with the possibility of connecting to streaming platforms using guests' personal accounts).

From the living room, you can access a large balcony with an excellent exposure. The hallway leads to two rooms: the master bedroom (with a small balcony) and the quadruple room (with 2 bunk beds).

The bathroom is windowed and has been completely renovated. In the condominium, there is a private covered parking space and a communal garden.



The apartment is managed on behalf of the private owner by Maison d'Oc Gestioni Srl.

The rate includes the rental fee paid to the property owner and the cost of ancillary services to the rental provided by Maison d'Oc Gestioni Srl.

The accommodation tax of € 1.50 per person, per night is not included
