The Eugenia Apartment has been recently renovated and is located in a strategic area of Bardonecchia: just a few steps away you will be in the town center where you will find all the shops, businesses, and services on Via Medail; 800 meters away (a 10-minute walk through the pine forest) you will be in the winter and summer sports area of Campo Smith.



On the second floor without an elevator, the accommodation consists of an entrance that leads to the living room with a cooking area.

Available to guests is the Smart TV (with the possibility of connecting to streaming platforms using guests' personal accounts).

From the living room, you can access the balcony with an excellent exposure and view.



The hallway leads to the master bedroom and the children's room with a bunk bed.

In the condominium, there is a convenient covered parking space.



The apartment is managed on behalf of the private owner by Maison d'Oc Gestioni Srl. The rate includes the rental fee paid to the owner of the accommodation and the cost of ancillary services to the rental provided by Maison d'Oc Gestioni Srl.
