Casa Margherita is located in the town of Zignago Brenzone, in a very panoramic and very quiet. If you are looking for quiet, this is the place, but if you want a sporting holiday, because the area offers a variety of sports, such as sailing, hiking, swimming, tennis, surfing, sup, or simply walk around the house taking advantage of the many nature trails.
The beach is 1500 meters but can also be reached by a path along 800 meters.
The house is a typical house built in local stone and wood. And 'it composed of a total of 6 apartments each with separate entrance.
This apartment is the n. 4, is a two-room apartment on the ground floor, has a spacious bedroom with two beds, a bathroom with shower, living room / kitchen. In the living area there is a sofa, a kitchen equipped with fridge, oven, moka coffee maker, electric kettle, moka coffee maker, coffee machine, toaster, table and chairs for six people. The ceiling of the apartment is all beamed.
Throughout the apartment there is a wifi access.
In a closet there is a washing machine, ironing board, iron and n. 2 mats for the deck chairs in the garden.
The garden is very nice, spacious and has a wonderful lake view. It has a dining area, parasol, sun loungers and a barbecue.
Parking on the property (up to two people). Pets are welcome.
The linen (sheets and towels) is available for a fee and costs 10 Euro per person per week
