Casa Mary is located in the locality. Brenzone Castle, just above the church. Access to the house is via a closed road and therefore with very little traffic. The beach can be reached via a 400/500 meter long path or by car via a 1 km long road.
The nearest shop is 500 meters away, 200 m away. a good restaurant.
Apartment no. 2 is located on the second and top floor, has a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, bathroom with window and shower, living room with balcony overlooking the lake, sofa bed (for two people) and kitchenette complete with fridge, freezer, toaster, microwave oven, table with chairs, TV, air conditioning and wifi.
On the first floor there is a large garden with table and chairs, umbrella and deckchairs for the exclusive use of this apartment, all with a magnificent lake view.
On the ground floor, available to all three apartments in the Mary house, there is a large terrace with benches and tables, barbecue, garden with deckchairs and umbrellas.
In a closet on the ground floor there is a washing machine for common use and space for bicycles.
Private parking space inside the property.
Pets are allowed (max 2, there is a supplement of €30 per week)
