Capanna al Lago is a charming private villa with 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, located on the side of a gentle hill overlooking the Chianti region. The pleasant breeze, always present, will make your stay unforgettable. You will enjoy the shade of the trees and the breathtaking views from the private and perfectly equipped outdoor space, nestled within the well-maintained garden. The private garden surrounds the entire villa, and here you will find the outdoor hot tub (available from April to November) and the stunning swimming pool, both offering spectacular views.

The city of Siena and the Chianti region are just a 10-minute drive away.

All types of shops are only a 5-minute drive away, and the highway (towards Florence or Rome) is a 10-minute drive.

The large walls of the cabin will make you feel like you are in a cozy nest, and the silence will be the best memory of your vacation, accompanied by the magnificent views of the private garden for your exclusive use. In the morning, from the garden, you will witness the mist rising from the valleys—truly a remarkable sight from your windows.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
This villa (200 sqm) is entirely made of stone and is arranged over two floors.
On the ground floor, there is a very spacious living room with a fireplace, a dining room, and a kitchen (fully equipped) with direct access to the exterior for dining (barbecue, tables, and chairs), and a WC.
On the first floor: 3 double bedrooms (each with air conditioning), 1 bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath, and 1 bathroom with a shower. Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa, which can also be rented during the winter months (central heating), allowing guests to enjoy cozy evenings by the fireplace with a book and a glass of Chianti... the perfect Tuscan atmosphere!

The swimming pool is open from May 1st to September 30th.
The hot tub is open from April 1st to October 30th (available upon request from November 1st to March 31st for a fee of €200).

Tourist tax is €4.00 per person, payable locally in cash.
The cost of heating, electricity and air conditioning is not included and will be charged based on consumption.
