Less than 25 km from Volterra and San Gimignano, the nearby area offers a wide range of cultural and gastronomic activities. Just an hour away from Florence, Siena or Cecina, you can alternate visits to the most beautiful cities of Tuscany and Italy, and days at the beach.

The house is composed of 3 floors, with on the first floor, a spacious equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and study; on the second floor, 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms; and on the second floor, 3 double bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet.

The property, besides the olive field, has several large terraces, one of which is covered and overlooks the private pool (6 x 12m), and a small chapel.
