Villa Luce is a fantastic and exclusive "liama" sea view, on a plot of 5000 square meters, just 1.5 km from the sea surrounded by greenery among olive trees and ornamental plants. Its typical Salento construction, in stone and with typical barrel vaults, is located in the panoramic area of Santa Maria di Leuca, which is why it represents an oasis of tranquility. The villa is 85 square meters plus a large outdoor area, shaded by a canopy, furnished with a garden table and chairs. Inside you are greeted by a large living area enhanced by the fascinating and majestic barrel vault, where we find a comfortable sofa bed, TV, a kitchenette equipped with pots and pans and a dishwasher. Continuing for the sleeping area, there are 2 bedrooms, one double with a complete private bathroom and one with a single bed which becomes a double if necessary, second complete bathroom without bidet. Air conditioning in every room, mosquito nets, outdoor shower and barbecue. Parking space and free Wi-Fi.
