The soft lights of the beautiful Santa Maria Leuca lighthouse are the backdrop to one of the most impressive and historic villas in southern Salento. The house, with its elegant façade, enjoys a splendid and large terrace that directly overlooks the sea from which you can admire a unique view of the most extreme city in southern Italy. The terrace, finely furnished with a large table, an umbrella for sunny days, with deck chairs and sun loungers, allows moments of pure and pleasant relaxation. Inside, the house has a lovely air-conditioned living room and tv where, as a frame, there is the beautiful fireplace with an elegant wooden table and a comfortable sofa. The bright and fully equipped built-in kitchen, also with dishwasher, has a French window that opens directly onto the splendid terrace. The sleeping area is made up of three bedrooms, two double bedrooms and an additional blind room where a bedroom with a single bed has been created. Finally, a bathroom complete with amenities and shower. The air-conditioned master bedroom, also tastefully furnished, has a French window with mosquito net that leads to the external space to the side of the structure where there is the second bathroom with shower, sink and washing machine. It is worth highlighting that in this external area of ​​the house there is a right of way.
The villa is an excellent solution for groups of families and friends who want to enjoy the charm of Santa Maria di Leuca, a seaside resort, the southernmost in Italy where the embrace of the two seas, on one side the Adriatic Sea and on the other the Ionian Sea, frame the historic villas, the majestic lighthouse and the sumptuous sanctuary embellishing the entire marina. Once you reach the most extreme point of the South you will be so fascinated by the whiteness of the town, by the typical Salento restaurants and, last but not least, by the characteristic local market that you will struggle to return home. During the summer evenings in the breeze of the southern winds, you can take pleasant walks on the Leuca seafront to discover local and ancient culinary and artisan traditions. All services (including boat trips, boat rental services, surfing/sup) and access to the sea are easily reachable on foot.
