Definitely there is no better way to experience all this than from an old-fashioned country house, offering lovely views of the surrounding landscape.

The Villa, which enjoys beautiful views of the valley and of the hills of Chianti, is situated in traditional Tuscan countryside, nestled on the hilltop and surrounded by unspoilt nature.
Five bedrooms, large living rooms, a cozy kitchen, everything is perfect for a family or group of friends who want to discover this wonderful Tuscan land.

We organize lunches/dinners or cooking classes. With us you can enjoy the local cuisine with our very good Chef and as well you can participate in cooking classes and the traditional barbecues. The Cooking Class at the villa is the best opportunity to discover the secrets and the tastes and the aromas of the typical cuisine of Tuscany and Chianti region.

FIRST FLOOR: Suite: living room with fireplace and
Bedroom 2: double bed and en suite bathroom ( Wc, bidet, shower, sink), living room with fireplace.
Bedroom 3: twin beds.
Bedroom 4: twin beds , large living room with balcony and fireplace, bathroom ( Wc, shower, bathtub, sink, bidet),.
Bedroom 5 : double bed and bathroom en suite ( Wc, shower, bide, sink).

In the villa you will find WiFi, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc.
There is a large swimming pool with gazebo and deck shared with our second villa " villa Casanova" .

Our guests have a total privacy, the villa is located far from busy streets, surrounded by beautiful landscape of Chianti. The villa is accessed by a private path of cypresses.

Please kindly note that we usually rent the villa from Saturday to Saturday but if you wish to arrive in a different day, kindly asking you to contact us.
The Swimming pool is shared with our second villa ( villa Casanova )
- The gas heating ( when needed) but it is not included in the villa s price
- The tourist tax is 1,5 euro/person

Good to know:
The beautiful villa is located in a very favorable point to discover the Chianti area.
The nearest train station is 5 km far and the exit of the motorway A1 ( Valdarno-Montevarchi) is 15 km far .

The property is an hour and a half drive from Pisa airport and fifty minutes drive from Florence airport, so renting a car is recommended.
