Villa La Tinaia, part of a farmhouse, is located in Bucine and is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Spread over two floors, it features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests with an extra bed available for a child. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace for home office, a fan, heating, a washing machine, and a TV. A cot and high chair are also provided.



The apartment has a small outdoor area with a table, ideal for enjoying morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Guests also have access to a shared area with pool, garden, and playground. The property is set between Florence, Siena, and Arezzo, offering peace among vast meadows, with 3,500 meters of olive groves, vineyards, and woods, just 1 km from the Chianti Classico border.



Rome can be reached in about 1 hour and 10 minutes by train from Arezzo station. More information about transfers is provided upon booking. There are 2 parking spaces available on the property. Families with children are welcome and pets are allowed. Air conditioning is not available. The Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls. The pool is open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. 24-hour assistance is guaranteed.



For stays longer than 4 days, a bottle of premium homemade olive oil is offered. You can visit the surrounding farm and taste products, which are also available for purchase. Recycling rules: more information is provided on site.
