Lafkos offers a cooler climate, since it is 400 metres above sea level, yet is only 5 km from Milina and key junction to Aegean resorts.

The house is stone built embellished with white granite, window surrounds and lintels on two levels. The top level of the house is an open plan living room with kitchen and dining facilities.The exposed roof timbers from chestnut hardwood gives an impressive example of stone and timber craftsmanship. Adjoined to the top level is a patio area with dining table and chairs.

The lower level has two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and other with two single beds. Bathroom and a patio area under a walnut tree. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and central heating.The cobbled street is traffic free but the car park is only 50m away.
