Seaside house located an hour drive (60kms) from Heraklion airport to the south 1.5kms away from Tsoutsouros village . It is on top of a headland at 25m above sea, separating two bays, with magnificent sea and mountain views of Crete's south.

Located in a family estate of around 15 000 square meters (1,5 hectar) the house is part of a complex of four independent houses built in different levels around a small square located 25m above sea level, creating a picturesque neighbourhood. It is at the lower level* and faces south east.
*A little further at a higher level there is the Aliori beach house with 2 bedrooms, also listed here (property Nr: 8377425) .
The house covers 45 square meters and consists of a dinning / living room with fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a WC with shower.
It has a large courtyard, a good part of which has a pergola (with reed).
There is also an outdoor shower and plastic chairs and table.
From below is a beautiful sandy beach that is accessible only on foot and is almost private, as it is scarcely visited by other people.
From the house, the access to the beach is through a private stone built stairway.
In case you do not like stairs there is always the 2km sandy beach of Tsoutsouros, which is accessible by car and offers umbrellas, sunbeds, coffee etc and shower.
