It has shaded terraces all around and a back yard with built BBQ, traditional wood heated oven and a small pool with spa.
Every single spot offers amazing views to the sea and the sandy beach below.
The house is an independent part of a 2 storey villa built against a hill overlooking the beach. It is at the upper part of it but with direct contact to the ground.
Access to the beach is directly via a stone-built staircase that starts from the courtyard of the house.
The parking lot is at the same level and there are only two steps to get into the house.
It is located in a family property of 1.5ha (15,000 m2), on a small promontory that separates two bays. There are four separate homes both for private use and for rent, built on different levels around a small square located 25m above sea level, creating a picturesque neighbourhood. They all offer large verandas and magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding mountains. Cretan nature is present everywhere and each season has its own distinct beauty in this place.
