A stylish air conditioned/heated 2 bed apartment located one row back from the Pine Walk in the heart of Puerto Pollença. Minutes from the beach and restaurants, with a fantastic Deli and coffee shop just around the corner.

With newly installed air-conditioning throughout, the accommodation consists of two bedrooms, a master king size bedroom and second bedroom with two single beds which can be made up as a double bed if required. There is one en-suite shower room with the master bedroom and separate bathroom adjacent to the second bedroom. We have a fully fitted kitchen which includes a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and oven. There are also the little luxuries such as a toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. There is a separate laundry area off the kitchen with a washing machine and drying area. The bright airy living area, with air-conditioning/heating unit, leads to a balcony with table and four chairs for dining and a wonderful view between the original front line properties, to the pine walk and sea. Guests also have access to a rooftop luxury terrace with shaded seating, and views over the bay to Alcudia, perfect for private sunbathing . We have a large TV with Netflix installed and a Bluetooth stereo so that you can play your own music plus complementary wi-fi. There is ample free parking at the rear of the property.
