Villa Estella is a large holiday home with a private pool and garden that offers superb views and a very convenient location just 5 minutes walk to the main square of old town Pollenca. This two-storey villa sleeps 8 guests in traditionally furnished and spacious interiors. On the ground floor you will find a large fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, including an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A pantry and a laundry room with a washing machine and guest bathroom with a shower. A dining room and a spacious living area with plenty of comfortable seating, an ornamental fireplace and a flat-screen TV. From the entrance hallway, a staircase leads to the upper floor with 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to a small private terrace, another double bedroom and 2 twin rooms that share a family bathroom. One of the twin rooms also has access to a large terrace overlooking the pool and garden. Outside, you will find a stunning garden with magnificent views, tropical trees and plants and sunny or covered areas to relax and dine al fresco. There is an inviting private pool with Roman steps and a fabulous outdoor entertaining area adjacent. A covered barbecue house with built-in barbecue, food preparation area, dining area, games area with pool table and a shower room.
