With its elevated position on the side of the Puig Maria mountain, Ca Na Copea affords stunning views over the local Mallorcan countryside and the charming Old Town of Pollensa, which twinkles at night creating a wonderful backdrop for relaxed evenings on the terrace. The Old Town of Pollensa is within walking distance of the villa for those who wish to dine out or simply wander the charming cobbled streets, however, due to the location of the villa we do not recommend this walk for those with limited mobility.
Ca Na Copea has a striking stone clad façade with wooden shutters framing each window and mature grape vines growing up the adjoining terraces creating a typically Mediterranean feel. The surrounding gardens are extremely well kept and feature mature shrubs and trees, a generous patch of lawn perfect for family games and a larger-than-average swimming pool surrounded by ample terraces from where the views can be best enjoyed.
Inside, the villa is furnished in a traditional yet refined style, with comfort in mind. Each of the bedrooms benefit from air conditioning and have access to their own bathroom, and the lounge features huge picture windows so you can cool off indoors whilst still gazing over the pretty rural scenery. Should you wish to explore further afield and sample the local beaches, the popular seaside resorts of Puerto Pollensa and Puerto Alcudia are both within easy reach by car.

**As shown on the website, due to the elevated position of this property there are some low walls with drops within the villa grounds and ladder effect Railings/Balconies. Please take extra care when accessing these areas and ensure that children are supervised at all times. Consideration should be given to the suitability of this property for your group if any of the party members are under 10 years of age.**
