Florence is one hour away and Siena, Volterra and San Gimignano just forty minutes by road. Lovely local walks and natural pools in the nearby river Cecina. There are swimming pools within easy reach and in an hour you can drive to and enjoy sandy beaches just like the ancient Etruscan people did.

Whether you choose to stay put, or explore the surrounding countryside and famous sites, Podere La Fonte has the answer for you. You can choose to rent as little as one of the tree double rooms (with no cooking facilities), one of the two self catering apartments or all the accommodation on offer for a larger group .
