The property has been transformed into a comfortable holiday home provided with all modern comforts and boasting an extensive garden equipped with a private panoramic pool (6 x 12m, depth x 1,20 -2,50m – open April –October)

The accommodation, offered in the main building which has an independent suite and a self-standing barn located just a few meters right in front of it, lends itself perfectly to accommodate groups of friends as well as two or three families of friends who want to spend a pleasant holiday together, and yet have the possibility of enjoying moments of pleasant privacy too.

The interiors have been furnished with love for details in the typical Tuscan style seasoned with some element of modernity.

One of the interesting aspects of this property is given by its location less than 200 meters from the center of the small town easily reachable on foot along a romantic tree-lined avenue, which translates into the possibility of daily experiencing village life, shopping like the locals and going out for dinner without having to drive!

The area offers landscapes of extraordinary beauty where you can go for wonderful walks, on horseback, by bike or even simply by car. It also goes without saying that the main reasons for visiting Tuscany are the numerous art centers, from the villa all easily accessible for half-day excursions, as well food and wine tours far and wide for the whole region.

In the village of Radicondoli guests can find all basic services, such as food shops, butchers, newsagents and tobacconists, bars, restaurants and pizzerias, bank, tennis, etc.
