This is a property housed within Vepri Residence which is made up of 30 units, privately secluded behind the main gate, with easy parking and a nice communal pool .

The property consists of 2 bedrooms - one matrimonial and the other with 3 bunk beds. Very conveniently it has 2 full bathrooms, as well as a beautiful and large sitting/dining lounge area with lots of sun light and view.

This property is surrounded by its own garden on three sides and terrace. Garden furniture is available for outdoor breakfasts and meals.

Towels and linen are included as is central heating, water and electricity. Apart from central heating there is also a fire place in the lounge area.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped with gas hob, oven large refrigerator/freezer, toaster and all cooking and dining utensils. All other equipment, including washing machine and furniture are excellent working order.

For your entertainment there is free WIFI, which enables you to browse the internet, check your e-mails and SKYPE family and friends, TV with a long list of free to air satellite channels and a DVD player.
