This beautiful spacious villa is furnished to a high standard, has a large double living room with fireplace and lava walls, with patio doors opening to two terraces overlooking the large L shaped 5 x9 x5x5mt pool having a walk in to a depth of 1.6m a round marble table and four stools in the pool ,making it ideal for children, elderly and incapacitated persons..The pool is heated by solar and electric heat pump. It is salt cleaned, no chemicals added. The main terrace overlooking the pool has a large built in BBQ, and large table it is gated so young children cannot wonder to the pool unattended, giving peace of mind to the family.


Sports and Facilities: Within a five minute drive you can get to an 18 Hole Golf Course, Playa Chica with Jet Ski, Paragliding, Diving, Water Ski and Swimming, puerto Calero having lovely restaurants, bars and upmarket shops, has facilities of Catamaran Cruising, Submarine Safari, Sailing, Diving, and Fishing. Horse Riding and the sandy beaches with all the restaurants and bars are within 8 minutes drive. One of the biggest Go Kart tracks is within 10 Minutes drive.

New Euro spar supermarket with fresh meat and fish countersopen monday to saturday 8 am till 10pm is within 700 meters, 2 minutes drive is a minimarket selling fresh bread daily and all types of groceries, next door to it, is a local tapas bar and restaurant very reasonable and having lovely views.To its left side is an excellent restaurant called La Cabana. Just a few meters away is a top restaurant, very upmarket and slightly more expensive than normal, a very new typical Spanish restaurant called El Toro only 2 minutes drive or 400 meters walk. Just another 2 minutes drive will get you to Puerto Calero, and its restaurants. In the old town of Puerto del Carmen are some of the best restaurants only 5 minutes drive, Lidel and Hiperdino Supermarkets selling all kinds of fresh food is as well 5 minutes away open all week till late. Pharmacies and a 24 hour emergency hospital called Hospiten, which has doctors and translators for English and German is as well within 5 minutes drive.

Villa Facilities: Kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dish washer, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, and full range of crockery and cutlery. All bedding has duvet covers, iron and iron board, vacuum cleaner, electric fans and electric heaters supplied on request. TV and satellite, having 154 stations in english ie BBC, ITV, Sky news and sports, BT, and more, as well major TV stations of countries such as Germany, Norway, Holland, Spain, Italy France, Sweden, Poland and more. DVD player, radio and CD player WI-FI . Villa has four covered terraces with pergolas, and one large terrace round the pool and high terrace for sunbathing. Beach towels, bath towels and linen are supplied and changed on a weekly basis.
