The interior accommodations include a first-floor master bedroom furnished with a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, and an en-suite bathroom. Double doors open to a balcony, offering sweeping sea views and seating to unwind. Air-conditioning is available. The ground floor hosts three additional bedrooms, each featuring twin beds, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fans, and air-conditioning. One of these bedrooms has patio doors offering direct access to the outdoor terrace.



The property boasts two bath/shower rooms. The master en-suite on the first floor includes a bath with an overhead shower, twin basins, a bidet, and a WC. The ground floor features a family bathroom with similar amenities. The modern kitchen is outfitted with a dining table set for 6 and is fully stocked with modern conveniences such as an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, iron, microwave, and dishwasher. A utility room with a washing machine can be accessed through a separate door.



The inviting living/dining room is bathed in natural light thanks to large patio doors, which also provide direct access to the pool terrace. The room is adorned with a commodious sofa accommodating up to 8 people and a 40-inch flat-screen TV equipped with a full Satellite TV package. Free fibre-optic WiFi is also provided.



The fully enclosed outdoor area boasts an electrically heated kidney-shaped pool, an alfresco dining space, and terracing outfitted with sunbeds—perfect for soaking in the resplendent Lanzarote sun. Additional features include a charcoal BBQ and a pool table. The pool has a kidney shape, measures 9.4 x 4.5m, and has a depth range of 1.0m – 1.6m. It is electrically heated from November to end April and features Roman steps for access.



Three bedrooms and a bathroom are conveniently located on the ground floor. Safety deposit boxes and off-street parking are available. Cots and high chairs can be requested for an additional charge of £15 per week, per item.



The villa is situated in close proximity to a range of restaurants and activities. Car hire is optional but advantageous for those wanting to explore the island's numerous attractions. Distances to key locations include the beach at 0.3km, a supermarket at 1.0km, the airport at 3.4km, and a golf course at 7.3km.



The villa is fully prepared for your arrival, and a departure clean is included. Additional cleaning and linen changes are provided weekly or mid-stay for bookings between 10 to 13 nights. All linen, bath, hand, and tea towels are supplied. Pool and beach towels are also available for guest convenience.
