A utility room with a washing machine can be accessed through a separate door.
The inviting living/dining room is bathed in natural light thanks to large patio doors, which also provide direct access to the pool terrace. The room is adorned with a commodious sofa accommodating up to 8 people and a 40-inch flat-screen TV equipped with a full Satellite TV package. Free fibre-optic WiFi is also provided.
The fully enclosed outdoor area boasts an electrically heated kidney-shaped pool, an alfresco dining space, and terracing outfitted with sunbeds—perfect for soaking in the resplendent Lanzarote sun. Additional features include a charcoal BBQ and a pool table. The pool has a kidney shape, measures 9.4 x 4.5m, and has a depth range of 1.0m – 1.6m. It is electrically heated from November to end April and features Roman steps for access.
Three bedrooms and a bathroom are conveniently located on the ground floor. Safety deposit boxes and off-street parking are available. Cots and high chairs can be requested for an additional charge of £15 per week, per item.

The villa is fully prepared for your arrival, and a departure clean is included. Additional cleaning and linen changes are provided weekly or mid-stay for bookings between 10 to 13 nights. All linen, bath, hand, and tea towels are supplied. Pool and beach towels are also available for guest convenience.
