On this floor you will also have access to a pleasant barbecue area with table for outdoor dining.

From the barbecue area and going down a flight of stairs, we reach the swimming pool with Roman stairs to access inside, outdoor shower and sun loungers area for sunbathing.

The villa has a covered parking area at the entrance of the villa, at street level, as can be seen in the photos.
