Villa

This luxury villa built in 2000 and refurbished 2014 is ideal all year for the retired, families on maternity/paternity leave and as a holiday home for one or two families with children. The one story villa has three ordinary bedrooms and one family bedroom for up to four people. Two bedrooms are en suite. The villa enjoys the sea breeze of summer, but air co/heating is fitted. The furniture is contemporary Scandinavian and brand new as of 2014. Wireless internet is included.

Outside is a dinner area, a spacious deck and a circular 50 m2 pool. There is a great sea view from the deck and pool area, but the gem of the house is the roof terrace, which offers a 360 degree view of the coast to the South, the hills and mountains to the North, and Portimao/Praia da Rocha to the West.

Three great beaches are a five-ten minutes walk away, and it is a short drive (or 20 min walk) to the square of Ferragudo village. Several restaurants are within a short walking distance, Gramacho and Pinta golf courses are located a short drive away.
