The sweeping drive leads to the front of the villa. On the entrance level, there are two double bedrooms with shower rooms en suite together with a twin room and a family bathroom with shower over bath. Patio doors from one of the bedrooms leads to the garden and pool area.

There is a welcoming and comfortable lounge area, dining room and fully fitted kitchen.

Upstairs there is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom. Patio doors lead to a roof terrace looking to the pool area.

Externally there is a kidney shaped pool and terrace with sun loungers. There is a table and chairs for al fresco dining and a further covered seating area with lounge furniture and BBQ. For the kids there is darts and boule.

There are 3 golf courses close by and several others within a short distance.

A short drive from the villa are caves of Benagil and Praia do Marinha, one of the most photographed beaches in Portugal. The seven hanging valleys trail also starts just a short drive from the villa, this is a wonderful walking track to see the stunning coastline of the area.
