Beautiful 40sqm two-room apartment in the heart ♥️ of Nice, on the famous Place Masséna ! The apartment “Le Masséna” is comfortable and well laid out with a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen. 

It is located on the second floor with elevator. In only about 6min walking distance you reach the “Promenade des Anglais”, the beach and the sea and in about 4min you are in the old town. Perfect location to discover Nice, enjoy the beach and have a good time. Le 

Masséna Bedroom: A large air-conditioned bedroom with plenty of storage space. The bed is a comfortable king size bed (160cm x 200cm). 

Bathroom: A contemporary bathroom with Italian shower, toilet, bidet, sink, plenty of storage space, towel heating and washing machine 

Living room: Cozy air-conditioned living room with a dining table for 4 people, TV, storage space, a sofa (sofa bed 160cmx190cm: If you have booked for 2 people but want to have the Sofa Bed prepared then 25€ are to be paid upon arrival) and a well-equipped kitchen.

The living room and bedroom are equipped with air conditioning and the two windows are double-glazed. The entire apartment is at your disposal for the period you have booked. 

Everything is just around the corner: stores, cafés, restaurants, bars, playground, parks, old town, sea, beach... An ideal place to spend a vacation full of discovery and relaxation. A stay in this historic building will leave you with exceptional memories. 

The apartment is located on the main shopping street; the tram stop is very close by. We have double glazed windows, but very sensitive people might hear the tram. 

Please note that our check-in hours are from 4pm to 8pm. We will be happy to welcome you after 8:00 pm. However, please note that if you arrive at the apartment between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, you will be charged a late arrival fee of 20€ , from 10:00 pm to midnight 30€ and from midnight to 1:00 am 50€. After 1am it is up to the check-in manager to check you in or not and the fee is 100€.

Fixed Check-in Fee only for the Christmas/ New Year’s period - 24th, 25th, 31st December + 1st of January (late fees included):

4pm – 8pm: 50€

8pm – 10pm: 75€

10pm – 12am: 100€

12am – 1am: 150€

After 1am: 200€

The late check-in fee can be paid in cash or Credit Card and is due at check-in.

Do you need a baby travel cot and/or a high chair ? (one-time rental fee for baby cot: €20; one-time rental fee for high chair: €15 – each to be paid during Check-In)

Please note that we do not provide bed linen for the baby cot.

We also ask that you return the cot and/or high chair cleaned, otherwise we will have to charge you an additional fee of €20 (each).
