The studio is in the heart of Nice, a few steps from the famous Promenade des Anglais and the beach. Guests can easily explore the city on foot. There are many excellent restaurants and cafés close by. For self-catering, the daily market in Cours Saleya, Old Nice (18-minute walk) is a must.
There are several supermarkets and grocery stores within a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

Nice is famous for its art and culture. Guests can enjoy the Villa Masséna (3 minutes walk); Musée des Beaux-Arts de Nice (16-minute walk); the Matisse Museum (14-minute drive) and the Marc Chagall National Museum (13-minute drive).

Alternatively, just relax and people-watch on the city’s glamorous beaches or jump on a train and explore the rest of the Côte d’Azur.

The closest international airport is Nice Côte d\'Azur Airport, approximately a 15-minute drive away. Arriving by train? Nice-Ville station is an 18-minute walk from the apartment.
