The house was built in the original Istrian style and is rustically furnished. The owner lives in the second half of the house and runs a ranch with horses on the same property, which gives the stay a special rural atmosphere and makes this property interesting for nature and animal lovers. On the ground floor there is a tavern (large kitchen) with an indoor fireplace and a dining room. The first floor consists of a smaller kitchen, two bedrooms and one bathroom. On the second floor there is a living room, kitchen and bedroom.
