Villa Tisa is a 160m2 villa, fully equipped for a carefree vacation. Set in a very quiet area but only a 10 minute walk from restaurants, cafes and the local green market, it is perfect for a relaxing holiday or as a starting point for exploring the gorgeous Istrian peninsula.

Enjoy a glass of wine in the turquoise blue pool or relax with a book in the shade of century-old olive trees. Barbecue on the big garden stone fireplace or just wind down on the sunchair, it's up to you.

The villa has three large bedrooms and two bathrooms. The plot is 1100m2 and completely enclosed to guarantee full privacy.

The pool is 9m x 4m large with fresh water. The first part of the pool is shallow and is ideal for children to play in. There are sunchairs, sun umbrellas and an outdoor shower at your diposal.

The small bio garden in the back of the house is at your disposal and you can pick whatever is available or just enjoy in the greenery and flowers.
