This 1 bedroom apartment is located slight hilly above Icici beach, in a quiet and tranquil area, - surrounded by lots of greenery and sea views. The flat is located on the second floor of the house and has a private balcony overlooking the whole Kvarner bay. The apartment has one bedroom, a full bathroom with a shower, and a comfortable living room with a huge sofa that can be converted into a bed for a third person or two children.
The entire apartment has wooden flooring, creating a pleasant and warm homey feeling. The sea-facing wall of the living room is essentially massive glass doors that lead to the balcony. This means that the entire living room has a beautiful view of the sea and the entire Kvarner Bay.
The accommodation provides a peaceful atmosphere with a terrace, free private parking, and complimentary WiFi. The air-conditioned apartment is equipped with a fully functional kitchen, including a dining area, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a shower. This 50m2 apartment is situated slightly uphill from Ičići beach. Ičići is the first suburb right next to Opatija, known as a quiet and peaceful neighborhood where you can sit on the terrace and enjoy the silence. It takes a 10-minute walk to reach the beach or the Lungomare promenade. The uphill walk back takes about 15-20 minutes. By car, it takes 3 minutes to reach the beach and 10 minutes to Opatija. Famous beaches like Medveja or Mošćenička Draga are accessible by car within 15 minutes. Available for the guests anytime.
