Villa Chiara - is a family house placed in a small seaside holiday village Ičići (next to Opatija) at a quiet location. It has a big terrace with a marvelous sea view over the Kvarner Bay. House is surrounded by the fields and oak forest. The garden has a heated pool, sun beds and parasols, baldahinis, garden grill. Every guest has reserved parking. Villa Chiara is the ideal place for couple looking for relaxation and rest. Tourist accommodation where you can start an investigation of the surrounding beaches and still untouched nature. It is located in a hidden residential area at 110m above sea level, which provides you great peace and silence and a wonderful sea view. Parking is secured on our property.

IČIĆI is a little small seaside town located in the most beautiful part of the Gulf of Kvarner where the gentle slopes of Mount Učka descend towards the sea, a town that sprouted together with the lovely and far more renowned towns of Opatija and Lovran. Icici is known far and wide for its large beach located in the very center of town. Here you will find numerous facilities to round off your swimming and sunbathing, from the jet scooter to beach volleyball, parasailing, coffee bars etc. And to finish off your holiday neatly, you can always go for a walk in the fresh sea air along the famous sea side promenade called Lungomare, which is 10 kilometers long and stretches from Volosko to Lovran. There are also lots of possibilities for biking along the slopes of Ucka, sailing, diving, fishing... There are organized excursions in which you will not only get to know the Gulf of Kvarner, but also the broader region, or you may simply drive your own car to Rijeka, Istra, Plitvica Lakes, Krk, Cres, Pula, Trieste, the caves of Postojna or Skocjan, or the nearby medieval towns like Kastav or Moscenice. Lungomare- this 10 km long coastal promenade gathers up the main points along the Opatija Riviera - Volosko,Opatija, Icici, Ika and Lovran. Undisturbed by traffic, this walk along the sea front presents a wonderful opportunity to escape the stresses of everyday life. Remember, this 10km long promenade goes always along the sea.
