A modern one-bedroom apartment in Ičići, with a surface of 45 m², ideal for a comfortable and relaxing stay on the Kvarner coast. It consists of a spacious bedroom, a bathroom, and a stylish open-space area connecting the kitchen, dining room, and living room with direct access to the terrace. The apartment is located on the ground floor and offers complete privacy thanks to its own pool, which is shared with the rest of the building, as well as a private parking space in the garage. The location is perfect – just a 3-minute by car or 10 min walk to the beach in Ičići and a 7-minute drive to the center of Opatija, making it an excellent choice for a holiday. Guests will have access to Chiara What to do - personal created itinerary for our guests with the best tips for sightseeing, restaurants and beaches. Available for the guests anytime. I welcome you at the place in the agreed time and offer you any information needed for the stay, as well answer all your questions. (Places to visit, beaches, restaurants) After that you can contact me anytime for any further questions or help. The price includes bed linen, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, VAT, parking space, and use of the pool. The cleaning fee is €20.
